In light of our shortlisting for the B2B award for Best Integration of Sales and Marketing, (which is now only two days away!), we decided to write a whitepaper on what exactly insourcing is, and why you should consider doing it. Added to this, it can be particularly hard to build a profitable, smoothly-run operation with an offshore external supplier, when pressure on travel budgets prevents face to face meetings, and cultural or language differences can severely impact communication and the overall service delivery.’
