That’s why we created the Lead Handover service at Quantum – to help make this connection just that bit easier to achieve. What’s more it works, typically increasing the rate of sales accepted leads from around 20% per campaign to nearer 80%. How did this work out in January? Well take a partner activity we completed for a global technology services company, where we discovered that 18 of the 21 leads passed over hadn’t even been contacted.
